By accessing or using the Rise Over Debt website, courses, templates, or any other materials (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rise Over Debt provides credit education courses, templates, worksheets, and digital materials designed to teach individuals how credit reporting, scoring, and management work. Rise Over Debt is NOT a credit repair organization. We do not perform credit repair services as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not file disputes on your behalf, contact creditors or bureaus for you, or guarantee any specific credit score outcomes. All actions taken based on our educational materials are your own.
3. Payment Terms
All purchases are processed through our authorized payment processors. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Founding prices are promotional and subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you purchase and receive access to a course, template pack, or digital download, no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased materials, contact us at info@riseoverdebt.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, course modules, templates, branding, and design elements within the Service are the property of Rise Over Debt and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our materials without prior written consent. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rise Over Debt provides educational information only. We make no guarantees regarding specific credit score changes, financial outcomes, or results of any kind. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and credit history. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rise Over Debt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
