Refund Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026

All sales are final

All sales of Rise Over Debt digital products are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are issued. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why we don’t offer refunds

Everything we sell — courses, templates, worksheets, and downloads — is digital intellectual property. The nature of the product makes a refund window impractical:

  • Instant access on purchase. The moment payment clears, you have full access to the portal, the lessons, and every downloadable template tied to your purchase.
  • Extractable content. Lesson text, templates, and worksheets can be copied, screenshotted, downloaded, or saved offline in minutes. We can revoke portal access on a refund, but we can’t recover the material you’ve already taken.
  • Knowledge isn’t returnable. Once you’ve worked through the material, the information is yours. There is no honest way to “give it back.”

A refund window on intellectual property invites buy-extract-refund abuse, which we won’t underwrite. The no-refund policy is the price we pay to keep the products affordable for everyone who buys them in good faith.

Pre-access courtesy exception

As a one-time courtesy, we may grant a refund within 24 hours of purchase if no portion of the purchased content has been accessed — meaning you have not logged into the portal, opened any lesson, or downloaded any template tied to the purchase. This is offered at our sole discretion and is not a guaranteed right. To request: email info@riseoverdebt.com from the address used at checkout within 24 hours. Access logs are the deciding record.

Technical access issues

If you can’t access what you paid for because of a technical problem on our end, that’s a separate matter from a refund — we want to know about it regardless and we’ll get you in. Email info@riseoverdebt.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

If something feels wrong with your order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback without reaching out is the slow path and it costs both sides — you lose portal access during the dispute, and we incur bank fees regardless of outcome. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue by email may result in a permanent ban from future purchases. Because all sales are final, a chargeback for buyer’s remorse is not a legitimate dispute and will be contested with the evidence of purchase, access logs, and this policy.

Acknowledgment at purchase

This Refund Policy is incorporated into the Rise Over Debt Terms of Service by reference. By completing a purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full, including the “all sales are final” statement above.

CROA note

Rise Over Debt is not a credit repair organization. We sell educational materials, not credit repair services. The no-refund policy reflects the nature of digital intellectual property and is not tied to any outcome, score change, or result — we make no guarantees about credit score changes either way.
